In a novel programme to involve school children who have been associated with Impact Foundations globally, Impact UK spearheaded a drawing competition for World Peace. Impact India immediately contacted Municipal Schools with whom Impact has been associated in its various activities. Up for the thrill, students from Balgram School, Lonavla immediately participated in the contest , sending in some beautiful and sensitively done paintings on world peace. The process made children mindful of the factors that create divisiveness. The school, which houses orphans and day scholars from nearby villages, was included as part of the Lifeline Express project's outreach services where Doctors tested the children for sight and hearing.

There will be prizes for the best entries and greeting cards will be made depicting their artwork.
