We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lt.Col. Randhir Singh Vishwen as Chief Administrator of the Lifeline Express with effect from 1st April 2002

Col. Vishwen comes to the Impact India Foundation with a wealth of experience covering nearly 40 years, as Chief Executive Commanding Officer of an Infantry Battalion in Jammu and Kashmir, to General Staff Officer Grade I at Army Headquarters Eastern Command, to Administrator of a College of Physical Education and a senior appointment in the corporate sector.

All of us in Impact India, particularly the boys on the Lifeline Express, who work under most difficult and trying circumstances in remote areas away from their homes for long periods, warmly welcome Col. Vishwen as the newest member of the Impact family.
