Impact motivated a team of 200 participants for the first ever International Marathon, held in Mumbai on February 15, 2004. Impact’s supporters were drawn from the Rotary Club of Bombay, companies such as Godrej, Tata Power, and DSP Merrill Lynch. The team comprised mostly school children all running for the cause of the rural disabled served by Impact. Impact’s Trustees extended full support.
