It is often difficult to envisage a
Hospital-On-Rails. It is important to detail
the structure of the Lifeline Express and the functioning of its staff,
not only to demonstrate its capabilities to undertake the medical
tasks it seeks to fulfill, but also to provide a complete guide for
those who
would like to replicate this project.
