The Chief Minister of Orissa, Naveen Patnaik inaugurates the 55th Lifeline Express project, and the fifth in Orissa on 26th June 2002. He remarked on the Visitor's Book.

Mr. Patnaik has committed the fullest support of his State to Impact's Disability Reduction Project covering a million persons in Orissa.
